The McGovern Foundation
The McGovern Foundation’s Wanderer Program provides mentoring, supervised driving hours and practical support to people who may otherwise struggle to obtain their driver’s licence.
Koomba Birdal (Big Spark)
The Koomba Birdal Program is an initiative dedicated to empowering Aboriginal young people through education, cultural connection, personal development and employment pathways.
GTO Wage Subsidy Top-Up
In conjunction with the Civil Contractors Federation WA (CCFWA), Directions supported businesses with a Subsidy Top‑Up, easing the first few months of apprentice wage costs, assisting SMEs with financial help.
Dress for Success
Directions annually sponsors Dress for Success - a global movement that assists women achieve financial independence by providing professional attire, career coaching, and development tools.
Reconcilliation Walk
Directions annually sponsors and supports the Reconciliation Walk, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to reconciliation, inclusion, and stronger relationships with First Nations communities.
Hayley and the WAFL
Directions proudly sponsors Hayley Scheepens, supporting her journey as both an apprentice with Directions and a WAFL player representing the East Perth Football Club. Hayley also received a Karrinyup Rotary Award.
Ky and the Hocky Team
Directions happily supported Ky Fisher, an apprentice with Directions, as he achieved selection for the National Hockey Team. Directions are committed to supporting our apprentices in pursuing excellence.
Directions Career Expo
Directions ran the Career Directions Careers Expo in Northam, connecting regional students, jobseekers, employers, and training providers with valuable career and apprenticeship opportunities.
