So what is group training?
Group Training is a training and employment arrangement where an organisation, known as a Group Training Organisation or GTO – us – employs apprentices and trainees and places them with select host employers like you.
Directions assumes all the employer responsibilities from recruitment through to onboarding, all the statutory requirements and coordinating the training program.
We partner with your team to complement what they do and ensure the on the job experience meets both your and the apprentice or trainee’s needs.
We also provide all the pastoral care and support necessary to successfully complete the apprenticeship or traineeship training contract. At which point you have the option to retain a fully qualified person who understands your business and can add value from day one.
